In the midst of cow country Burley Berries & Blooms is a boutique fruit & flower farm growing specialty cut + heirloom flowers and fruit using sustainable, natural practices in the hills of Wyoming County, NY. We create lush, seasonally-inspired floral designs in our artfully designed signature style that are perfect for any wedding, special event or celebration of life. We also offer a 10 week fruit and flower CSA Share and value added products with fruit and flowers from our fields.
Spring 2023 we opened our New Micro-Creamery
Everyday Ryan heads to his families dairy to keep the family farm alive. We thought it just made sense to bring the two together given the complementary nature of fruit and milk. Stop by and taste the freshest, creamiest milk. From cow to bottle in just 5 short hours. Whole creamline white milk, chocolate, and seasonal flavors (maple, strawberry, raspberry)
Fruit and Flower CSA
The Fruit and Flower share will runs for 10 weeks starting at the end of June and completing at the beginning of September (Exact dates will be sent to you upon sign-up as we wait to know what the weather will bring us).
Full and Half shares available with our without a weekly milk subscription
Strawberries start the fruit and flower share season followed by Cherries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Peaches, Plums and Summer Apples. Fruits will be provided based on availability.
Each week you will receive a unique batch of Burley Blooms and a mix of fruit.
An idea of what a full share would include in July may be 1 quarts of strawberries, 1 bunch of rhubarb, 1 quart of cherries, a pint of blueberries and a handmade bouquet of fresh picked flowers (fruit quantities may change as the season progresses and what is available).

The U-Pick Flower Garden is open to the public seven days a week.

Hours are from dawn until dusk (but remember flowers prefer to be picked in the cool of the morning/evening)

Our Micro-Creamery
On our first generation farm we raise fresh fruit, flowers and the next generation of grass-fed dairy cows for East Hill Farms. To bring the two farms together we thought it just made sense to add milk to our current offerings given its complimentary nature to fruit! Thus began The Creamery @ Burley Berries & Blooms which is owned and operated by Ryan and Megan Burley. We take farm fresh milk from cows who graze on the freshest grass at East Hill Farms. Our milk is vat-pasteurized, which is a low-temperature method allowing the milk’s natural flavor and texture to be preserved.
